More about Patmarie
I initially qualified as a Humanistic counsellor in 1994 and later completed my psychotherapy training as a person-centred psychotherapist in 2017. My teaching career has run parallel to my counselling work, and I qualified with an MA in the management of teaching and learning in post compulsory education in 2005. Both paths have supported and amplified my passion for working relationally and honouring self-development and
discovery. I have a private practice, and I enjoy the freedom and diversity of work that this allows. My most recent training is in mindfulness, and I am enjoying the benefits of meditation and regular retreats.
